What is your pricing structure? We charge a flat monthy management fee and a one-time setup fee. Typical engagements range from $1500-$5000/mo depending on account size and scope. | |
Do you offer revshare or profitshare-based pricing? Typically not to start, but on a case by case basis, if it makes sense to switch to a revshare or profitshare setup, we can have that discussion. | |
What is the Term Agreement? While our goal is multi-year partnerships, agreements are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel anytime. You can also switch to a 6 or 12-month agreement anytime at a discount. | |
What's the difference between the plans? With A-to-Z Management you are paying for a Seller Central manager to check SC daily and handle all the backend stuff: from opening cases, troubleshooting errors, catalog cleanup, shipping plans, staying on top of inventory, monitoring account health, dealing with Brand Registry issues, etc. If you don't have anyone in-house to handle this stuff day to day, you'll need to go with this option. | |
Is there a setup fee? There is a one-time setup fee which covers the heavy lifting associated with the first month – onboarding, initial keyword & competitor research, frontend & backend audits, setup & organization - the first month is usually 2-3x the workload of a normal month. | |
