How Does Reporting & Communication Work?
  • Your point of contact is your US account manager – he keeps you posted and tags you in Slack when needed. Under him is a PPC assistant and a SC assistant.
  • We are great at communicating. If you are not happy with your current agency/freelancer because it feels like they don't care or don't reply promtly, then you'll enjoy working with us.
  • Slack (almost daily), scheduled bi-weekly calls, monthly KPI reports.
  • All you have to do is reply to our messages within 1 business day and show up to the scheduled calls.

A Slack channel is created with the whole team inside. Your account manager is your main point of contact. The PPC and SC managers will also correspond with you when needed.

The first couple weeks are about getting to understand your products, the market, the account, getting things set up, frontend and backend audits, and getting organized.
