How Does Reporting & Communication Work?
  • Your point of contact is your US account manager – he keeps you posted and tags you in Slack when needed. Under him is a PPC assistant and a SC assistant.
  • We are great at communicating. If you are not happy with your current agency/freelancer because it feels like they don't care or don't reply promtly, then you'll enjoy working with us.
  • Slack (almost daily), scheduled bi-weekly calls, monthly KPI reports.
  • All you have to do is reply to our messages within 1 business day and show up to the scheduled calls.

What's the difference between the plans? With A-to-Z Management you are paying for a Seller Central manager to check SC daily and handle all the backend work: from opening cases, troubleshooting errors, catalog cleanup, shipping plans, staying on top of inventory, monitoring account health, dealing with Brand Registry issues, etc. If you don't have anyone in-house to handle this stuff day to day, you'll need to go with this option.
How is pricing determined? Pricing is based on the size of the account, number of products, and the amount of heavy lifting needed.
What is the Term Agreement? While our goal is multi-year partnerships, agreements are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel anytime. You can also switch to a 6 or 12-month agreement anytime at a discount.
What's included in the setup fee? The setup fee covers the heavy lifting associated with the first month – onboarding, initial keyword & competitor research, frontend & backend audits, setup & organization. The first month is usually 2-3x the workload of a normal month, so that's why a setup fee is important for us to run a healthy agency.
Why are you different than other agencies? We see the big picture. Unlike most agencies, we handle your Amazon marketing from a holistic standpoint – not just the PPC dashboard. Also, our clients say that our communication is great.
What kind of results should I expect? Results depend on many factors, including how good your product is, and your budget. If your product is unique and gets good reviews, you will get good results. We will make sure your product is getting the most qualified traffic possible with your budget. Some clients have experienced a 2-10X in sales.
How long does it take to see results? While some changes may yield immediate improvements, SEO and PPC campaigns typically require 3-6 months to see significant results.
Do you offer revshare or profitshare-based pricing? Typically not to start, but if it makes sense to switch to a profitshare setup down the road, we can have that discussion.
Will my product be successful? If your product is good and gets good reviews, we will give your product the best possible chance at success – you can rest easy knowing your products are in the best hands
Will I be handed off to a lower level employee? No. If you've been with a big agency before where you get handed off to a Junior account manager, that's not us. All of our Account Mangers are US based and have 6+ years of expertise.
Why is creative / graphic design not included in the management fee? Having great creative is super important on Amazon - that's why you should make sure it's always done by a top-level professional. When other agencies offer "unlimited graphic design" included in their management fee, it's usually very "average" work done by a Junior-level graphic designer, who is probably not a copywriter or salesman. Just make sure you see examples of their work. Paying for a professional to design & write your infographics ensures you get the highest conversion rate possible, which is always a no-brainer ROI. Going "cheap" on creative is always more expensive in the long run.
What softwares do you use? Will I be able to save on subscription tools if I sign up? We use Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and MerchantSpring. So if you currently subscribe to these or similar tools, you will no longer need to if you don't want to.
