How Does Reporting & Communication Work?
- Your point of contact is your US account manager – he keeps you posted and tags you in Slack when needed. Under him is a PPC assistant and a SC assistant.
- We are great at communicating. If you are not happy with your current agency/freelancer because it feels like they don't care or don't reply promtly, then you'll enjoy working with us.
- Slack (almost daily), scheduled bi-weekly calls, monthly KPI reports.
- All you have to do is reply to our messages within 1 business day and show up to the scheduled calls.
