A digital marketing agency hiring platform.

You can think of us like the Amazon Avengers.

Companies that hire us enjoy peace of mind, countless hours saved, no more pulling your hair out from dealing with Amazon shenanigans, and of course, the best results.

A holistic approach on Amazon is paramount. The key to a highly profitable Amazon channel is high page 1 organic rankings – and in order to acheive that you need to see the big picture. Unlike other agencies that mostly focus on PPC Ads, we take the view of the business owner and see the complete picture - from new competitors to organic rank tactics, to conversion rate, to price testing.
My cofounder Ryan and I have both been full time Amazon guys since 2015, and we started this agency in 2018. All of our account managers are true Amazon geniuses at least 6 years of Amazon expertise.
If you are tired of agencies and freelancers with poor and infrequent communication, you'll love us. The first step to getting started is adding you to a Slack channel so we are in constant communication. Clients love us for our great proactive communication (don't take my word for it - read our reviews!).
We have identified 5 core problems that companies on Amazon need to solve in order to be highly profitable.
The service we offer is is built with the assumption that you want to solve these problems.
The good news is that when you take the first step to solving Traffic and Conversion, then your Organic rank will improve.
These are all very "solvable" problems.
You may have an idea on how to solve them already, or you may not.
The important thing is that you (and everyone else) avoid assuming you know how to solve these problems if you don't.
We have all been there. I know I have. I remember many times throughout my life the number one thing holding me back was ego/arrogance in the sense that I thought I knew more about the thing that I actually did.
You can lie to others (if you want), but there is nothing more damaging than lying to yourself.
Our service is designed to solve all of these problems.
You need all 5 things working together to have a highly profitable Amazon business.

Why do yo need to solve this?
Well, it's obvious.
Without lots of eyeballs, you can't get lots of sales.
Before you get lots of sales, you need to be seen my 100,000's of thousands of shoppers.
The big money happens on the top-half of page 1 (about 80% of sales)
If you're not there, you're not in the game.
And do to that, you need to have a strategy for organic rank (SEO), not just PPC ads.

Killer #2 – Poor conversion rate
The ranking algorithm is based on conversion rate (CVR).
So in order to rank high, you need a high CVR.
Amazon is compicated – there are many factors that determind CVR
Non-creative elements
Creative elements
Remember – your products will get tens of millions of views.
For every 1% boost in CTR and/or CVR, you make $10,000 (for example)
That's why it's critical to go through each of these elements and optimze them.
And, make sure to A/B test these until the cows come home (these are what people see first)
Without a 360-optimized listing…
Fully optimize your listings, or be overshadowed by those who do.
Below are the elements that we test and optimize to maximize traffic & conversion.

The secret to a highly profitable Amazon FBA store is simple:
Top-20 organic rankings for your main keywords.
70% of sales happen in the top 20.
If you're not there, you're not in the game.
So, without an organic rank / SEO strategy, you will be relying too much on PPC sales to stay afloat.
The key metric you want to track is TACOS (Total ACOS)
Make sure you're paying close attention to it.
If your total sales = $100,000 and your PPC spend = $20,000, your TACOS = 20%. Simple.
When optimizing for profitabliity, 20% is good. 10% is great.
Yes, you need PPC sales to rank high. It is one tool to rank high.
But you don't focus on a clear organic ranking / SEO strategy, you will be too reliant on PPC sales, and not be profitable.
Lacking a clear strategy is like sailing without a compass.
Your products will get lost in the vast ocean of options…
Marketing dollars drift away with little return.
Instead,
You need to know which strategy you're following, for each product:
A) Are you optimizing for sales / rank / marketshare?
B) Or, are you optmiizing for profit?
If your team doesn't know which one, you're lost.
This is a common mistake we run into.
If you're trying to optimize both at the same time, you won't get traction.
First, optimize for sales/rank/volume.
Push to the top.
Marinate there for a while.
Then, optimize for profitability for the long-term
At a high cruising altitude. 🛩️
In summary, a common mistake we see is not having a clear Amazon marketing strategy.
Without a game plan, nobody is one the same page and nobody is happy.

The fifth (and usually hidden) problem is team / systems / execution.
Simply put, it doesn't matter if you have a 10/10 product and a 10/10 budget, if you have a 2/10 team & systems (no focus, no organization, no sync, etc.) then your entire business will be a 2/10.
You are only as good as your weakest link, and if that weakest link is the team & systems, then you simply must change it.
Amazon is a beast. It requires it's own dedicated team, and own dedicated systems.
This is a huge part of the value that we provide to companies.
There is nothing more frustrating than wanting to be great on Amazon, but seeing that opportunity slip through your fingers because you don't have the team, knowledge or know-how
And you only a few hours or day/week to work on it.
That is why you need to solve this problem.
We are like your outsourced Amazon Marketing Team.
Our service is designed so you don't have to worry about Amazon

Our service fixes all of these problems with a holistic approach. All 5 pillars must work together.
Use PPC and SEO tactics to get maximum targeted eyeballs
Get as many folks to order as possible
To fully optimize conversion rate
Find that balance of volume & profitablility

We are launch experts.
We implement a 5-step framework to launch new products.
The below is the playbook that we implement for you.

Riley Bennett, Amazon Launch Experts and Keynote speaker on Amazon Launch Strategy

This is the product launch framework that we install for your newly launched products. This framework also applies to revive slow-moving products.
The Pillars of a Successful Launch

Tech Stack
We aim for 30 reviews in 30 days. When we hit that, it's normally a good launch.
Strategy:

In general, the lower your price, the more units you'll sell, and the faster you'll rank on page 1 – and the more likely you are to get a Hot New Release in [Your Subcategory] badge.
Rule of thumb: start with the lowest sale price that you are comfortable with.
$1.00 Cheaper Strategy: If you can beat your top selling direct competitor by $1.00 in price, then you will get a flood of sales from price shoppers (most shoppers).

Here's a sales price framework for launch phase.
Of course, every business has a different financial situation, so you need to come up with a launch sale price that makes sense for you.
Think about competing with the top 10
Look at the top 10 ranked products on page 1 for your main target keyword. Can you compete there, price-wise?
Make sure you A/B test prices
Over time, split out different prices and adjust based on your goals. Testing prices is a must on Amazon. If you haven't tested your prices, then you haven't even played the game of Amazon.
How low should I price?
You need to do the research and come up with a plan that works for your busienss goals. In general, the lower the price, the faster you'll rank.
How long should I stay on sale?
There's no way to tell until you test. In general, slowly raise the price by 10% every 2 weeks and monitor results. Your long term goal is to find the "sweet spot price" – a balance of volume and profitability that works for your business goals.

Research - Test The Audience

Amazon is a search engine. And the big money comes from ranking in the top 10 organically (or top 20, depending on the niche). If you are not ranking there or really trying to, then you're not even playing the game of Amazon.
Make sure your frontend and backend keyword SEO is on point so you are indexing for all of your target search terms. And make sure you're tracking your organic ranking positions in Helium 10 – this is one of the most important things you should be tracking.
Organic Rank / SEO
How high you rank is basically a factor of how well you convert, and how many units you've sold in the past 180-days. So that's why you want to push hard for sales in the first 6 months.

Also, to rank high on page 1, you need to have enough FBA inventory to support that, or the algorithm won't allow you to rank there.
This is optional.
Launch to $25k in 3 months

Long story short, Adam ends up getting a way better ROI by investing more upfront into the best possible creative content.
