What's the difference between the plans? With A-to-Z Management you are paying for a Seller Central manager to check SC daily and handle all the backend work: from opening cases, troubleshooting errors, catalog cleanup, shipping plans, staying on top of inventory, monitoring account health, dealing with Brand Registry issues, etc. If you don't have anyone in-house to handle this stuff day to day, you'll need to go with this option. | |
How is pricing determined? Pricing is based on the size of the account, number of products, and the amount of heavy lifting needed. | |
What is the Term Agreement? While our goal is multi-year partnerships, agreements are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel anytime. You can also switch to a 6 or 12-month agreement anytime at a discount. | |
What's included in the setup fee? The setup fee covers the heavy lifting associated with the first month – onboarding, initial keyword & competitor research, frontend & backend audits, setup & organization. The first month is usually 2-3x the workload of a normal month, so that's why a setup fee is important for us to run a healthy agency. | |

Is creative / graphic design included in the management fee? Having great creative is super important on Amazon - that's why you should make sure it's always done by a top-level professional. When other agencies offer "unlimited graphic design" included in their management fee, it's usually very "average" work done by a Junior-level graphic designer, who is probably not a copywriter or salesman. Just make sure you see examples of their work. Paying for a professional to design & write your infographics ensures you get the highest conversion rate possible, which is always a no-brainer ROI. Going "cheap" on creative is always more expensive in the long run. | |
What softwares do you use? Will I be able to save on subscription tools if I sign up? We use Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and MerchantSpring. So if you currently subscribe to these or similar tools, you will no longer need to if you don't want to. |
